Exam & Certification Details
To become a licensed home inspector in Florida, you must pass a state-approved exam. You can take the exam in one of two ways:
During the 40-hour live training – The InterNACHI state exam is included for free.
At a proctored location at a later date – If you prefer to take the exam separately, you can schedule it at one of our Florida proctoring locations for a $125 fee.
What to Bring for the Exam:
Your InterNACHI username and password (you’ll need these to log in).
A valid ID.
